Delete your account

From the app

1. Open Shubh Aarambh and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your password (or the code we email you) and type DELETE.

Your account is deleted straight away. There is no waiting period.

Without the app

Email support@shubhaarambh.app from the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted, and what stays

• Deleted: your account, your name, email, password, and your sign-in sessions.
• Events you created with nobody else in them are deleted with everything in them. An event other people are still planning passes to the person who joined it first.
• Guests, expenses and tasks belong to the event, not to you, so they stay for the others. Your name stays on expenses you paid, so the family’s accounts still add up.
• We keep a one-way code made from your email address (not the address itself) so the free trial can’t be claimed twice.
